We member of Karma Group since 14 years, are from Bangalore second time within a year to this Karma chakra, Kerala and expected to visit many more time in future as well, and the high quality of service and attention by all staff around to us at micro level of facilities, as we desired, remains unchanged.
The Staffs are so friendly, professional, and the rooms are very comfortable, immaculate and the attention received from the staff including Housekeeping was impeccable. As usual the fastest check in, even bit earlier to resort fixed check in, is one of the best part of this resort which we experienced second time since last two years. To specially tell, a Lady Ms Pinto’s from Housekeeping approach to visitors highly appreciated and the way moving with us were felt as we are known to us since last 10 years. Keep it up Ms. Pinto.
To say about resort, I don't want to repeat all the good things said about this facility during last year visit review, of course, it’s an Amazing location with resort being situated on the banks of Vembanad lake and the resort looking like evolved on island, with classic bridges here and there, as shown in photos, with lot of variety boats passing our resort which could view from Room balcony and anywhere from resort facility was very scenic.
Beyond the relaxing at resort, with quiet and peaceful environment, the view of the sunset from resort facility was mesmerizing and another best part was gorgeous swimming pool with top class maintenance.
The two great evenings till mid night playing with our children with other visitors and children, approximately upto12.30 am one day and 2.00 am another day which obviously added up to our experience this time was wonder that resort management’s gracious flexibility for which we are eternally grateful.
Very interesting was, upon departure, we were warmly got send off by all office staff including General Manager found tranquility and a delightful.
