We thank you for our brilliant holiday this year arranged by you at our Royal Resort in Kumarakom Kerala. Right from the planning to the actual stay was a memorable experience. The Royal grove lived up to our expectations, the hospitality, the smiling faces , the welcoming looks and the accommodating people , all added to the experience.
Though it was planned at the last minute and we could only get two nights to holiday, my children too had a blast at the pool and the play area arranging games and activities for the guests.
Finally to conclude I must mention that Royals has taken a lot of effort in maintaining this breath-taking property and its service is the best. We have stayed at many Royal properties but this vacation has been the best and has strengthened our faith in your services.
