Firstly we would like to take this opportunity to say that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Karma Jimbaran Bay. The staff were truly wonderful and very helpful. The service at Karma JB was perfect. We were upgraded to a Four Bedroom Pool Villa which was close to all Karma in-house facilities, The Beach, and the famous Jimbaran Bay Seaford Restaurants, all within walking distance. Our stay at this amazing property will be treasured forever and we look forward to coming back next year for an even longer stay.
I personally (Carolyn), would also like to say a big thank to Ayu and all at the front desk during our stay. She and all the other staff made us feel welcome and went out of their way to make us happy. To Wayan (Nicki) our wonderful driver for being helpful, friendly and for sharing his experiences with us. Management need to recognize that these people go out of their way to please and nothings too much trouble for them which is lovely to see.
I can’t fault this holiday experience, it was smooth sailing from start to finish. I recommend anyone to stay here. Well done to all concerned.
